Between prediction and prognosis, the following text falls much closer to prognosis. With regard to my own personal finance, I dearly wish that I could, for myself and for myself alone, pick stocks so easily. Darn that Kramer!

On the other side of this hyperlink: myspace.com/hewhoisknownassefton (yes, it is long), I do allude to the 1951 assassination of King Abdullah of Jordan.

And I do repeat, without concurring, what a dear friend of mine believed about the profoundly spiritual consequence of that event. Somehow, it forged a bond between Israel and this country.

Space does not allow me to adduce all the symptoms for my prognosis. Nonetheless, dear reader, be assured. I am positive this notion, this belief, this over-arching principle shall become the foundation of an alliance between Zionist Christian organizations and Zionist Jewish organizations.

In my collection of myspace friends, one finds any number of profile pages that support the state of Israel and advocate an alliance between that state and this country.

For example, there's this one: myspace.com/christians_for_jews. And there's this one, which does tickle my fancy, specifically, myspace.com/rav_yoshi. By the way, I left a comment in the rav's blog section, and I'm surprised it's still there.

Now that I think about it. Likely enough, I'm going to hear about this latter profile page. In anticipation, let me write this. I'm only adducing that profile page as symptom, and that's all.

Well, in as much as I've put myself out on a limb with the foregoing text, I may as well go out a little further.

Just this morning, I surfed through a couple cable news channels. President Obama has set as a personal goal: ridding our fair planet of nuclear weapons. Well, I suppose that's a noble enough goal.

And I remember Machivelli (a/k/a mack the knife): ENDS JUSTIFY THE MEANS. And that makes me conjecture that, before too long, the man will demonstrate just how serious he is about that goal. Boy, do I mean SERIOUS! It shall come up before the United Nations Security Council.

Although the members of Mensa can be opinionated, the Mensa organization itself has no opinion and remains neutral on issues.
